AFROTURK's management mechanism operates on a unique win-win and Managing Partnership (PAMs) model developed by us. A socio-economic project, once decided upon, is managed by the relevant advisory committee managers and the representative of the country where the project will be implemented. In this context, the project coordination team has equal rights, profit shares, and responsibilities. When the project is completed, 20% of the net profit is divided equally among this team, while the remaining 20% is shared equally among the other committee Managing Partners (PAMs).
Project stakeholders also equally contribute to the costs of feasibility and R&D studies. These costs are reflected equally in the total cost of the project.
Our Managing Partner (MAP) selection criteria are summarized below:
1. University degree
2. Proficiency in at least two foreign languages
3. At least 5 years of professional experience in the field
4. No criminal record
5. Good relationships with local government, opinion leaders, senior bureaucracy, and NGOs
6. Access to office facilities such as telephone, practical meeting rooms, and internet
7. Investment of US$ 5,000 in partnership shares or providing equivalent services/profitability to AfroTurk
In the case of an investment-focused project, a company is established in the project destination with shareholders from the managing PAMs, and these companies operate on the principle of Impact Investing.
