TURNKEY PROJECT FOR DETERGENT PRODUCTION FACTORY 

TARGET:   

To set up production facilities in the target countries to produce all kinds of liquid cleaning products .

Note: There is no POWDER DETERGENTS and BAR SOAP  in the product line. 

BRIEF INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTION

Briefly ; below is the formula  in order to produce 1 lt of  above mentioned products . 

10-20% ------ Raw material

80-90% ------ Water 

Our aim in this project is to reduce the production costs by only importing the raw material only and getting the rest of the %80-90 of the product (which is water) from the country where the factory will be set up. 

REQUIRED PLACE FOR PRODUCTION  : 

 Infrastructure ready ( water network ,waste water drainage unit ) minimum 800 sqm closed area required. 

REQUIRED STAFF: 

8-10 person would be enough for this project. Among this team , 1 person should be chemical engineer or technician .Other staff should not necessarily be qualified. All the trainings will be done by our company. 

PROJECT SET UP:  

After making the agreement and making the production area ready ; all the production machinery and equipment will be sent by us . These machinery and equipments are: 

6 head full automatic liquid filling machine

Sticker machine

Turning table product collect unit

Semi automatic acid filling machine

3 Stainless steel tank with mixer with 5 tons capacity .

3 Stainless steel tank for keeping (with 5 tons capacity) 

1plastic mixer with 3.5tons capacity

1 plastic resting tank with 3.5tons capacity

3 diaphragm pumps

1 full water treatment system

Electronic weighbridge

1 air compressor

Two step blow moulding machine.

All kinds of  pipes and cables

1  50 Kw Generator 

OTHER PRODUCTS TO BE SENT  : 

Together with this machinery and equipment we will send the below products at the same time.  For 5 different products , we will send certain amount of packaging and raw material.. 

For production of Dish washing liquid – Window cleaner – Liquid hand soap- Shampoo –Body Shampoo we will send packaging materials and raw materials.  These materials will be sent in order to make trial productions and making the training with the machinery we will send . 

We will send 2000 empty bottle packing , 2000 sticker , 2000 bottle cap and 2000 (unit )raw material for each item we mentioned to produce. 

PROJECT DEADLINE : 

After making the agreement , we would need 5 months to complete the whole project . The transportation time is not included  to this deadline . The machinery and all equipments will be ready to ship at 5 months period.    

SET UP EQUIPMENTS AND MACHINERY: 

The machinery and equipment will be set up by our company staff .After setting up and assembly of the machinery , our personnel will start the technical  trainee for production 

During this training , all technical and chemical information and know how will be given by our personnel to your staff . Your staff will be completely capable of producing all the products before our personnel leaves your country. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION 

FORMULAS:

Our company will give all formulas necessary for the products . We will give alternative formulas to make cheap or very high quality products. 

RAW MATERIAL :

You would need many different variety of raw materials . We will give the list of all raw materials and all raw materials suppliers’ list that you would need. 

PACKAGING :

If there is a plastic bottle producer in your country , we are recommending to buy from local producer . If there is no producer of the plastic bottle in the country , than we are adding another production line project for producing the bottle as well. This line will be a very simple production unit that would only produce preform plastic bottle  and it would only cost 150.000 USD . This cost includes the molds of bottles as well. The preforms will be purchased ready and in this production line , you can easily make them a bottle . With 1 container of preform , you can produce 5 containers of plastic bottle  

IF THERE IS NO LOCAL PRODUCER OF PLASTİC BOTTLE , THIS 150.000 USD COST LINE HAVE TO BE ADDED TO THE PROJECT . 

BOTTLE CAP :

For the products , you would need various caps and trigger sprays. Approximately 1 container of bottle cap would be used for 30 container bottle production.

LABEL:

The art design for the products will be done by our company as well. We will give the finished design to you with a CD where you can print at any place in the world . 

WATER:

Majority of the products will consist of water and it will be supplied from your country . However, according the the water analysis of your water , we will set up a special filtration unit to the system . 

OUR COMPANY :

Our company can supply all kinds of label , raw material , bottle and cap if needed . You can ask for price offer at any time. 

CAPACITY :

With this project, by working 12 hours a day , you can make 20.000 – 25.000 bottles per day 

OTHER ADVANTAGES : 

In many countries , the governments do not apply a tax from the raw materials imported , however they apply a tax from the finished products imported . So you will have an advantage to the imported finished products in means of tax. 

Also you will have transport advantage . In every 100 container product sales you will have approximately 85 container transport advantage as the water will be used locally . 

Even if we make a minimum calculation , if you make 5.000 piece of bottle per day , you will have minimum 0,50 USD price advantage of local production . And if you work 300 days a year , you will amortize the cost of the production facility (project ) in only 1 year maximum.

** The local language labels and graphic works will be given FH11 and PDF form CD . In this way you can order from any label company at any time.

** Business card for 5 personnel .

** Formulas for all products 

COST OF PROJECT 

The cost of our project is 600.000 USD . All products, machinery , equipments , services included to the project .Only the bottle production line project (150.000 USD ) is not included.
