* Letter of Credit Text € 2,000 in advance
3) IMPLEMENTATION:
* € 3,000 in advance/advance payment + 3% Commission on Completion of Work

BASIC WORKING PROCESS

1) The client approves the terms in this document with the checklist marking and the first communication based on seriousness is established meeting date and time are determined.
2) ERIKEL INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANCY AND LAW OFFICE presents a special consultancy contract to the client. By obtaining the client's power of attorney in this context, the legal commercial bond between the parties is established.
3) The client deposits the consultancy fee to the INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANCY AND LAW FIRM account and the transaction begins.

BASIC PRINCIPLES

1) In consultancy services, the owner of the transaction is directly addressed, not an intermediary or representative, and the agreement is signed.
2) In joint client transactions, the agreement is arranged accordingly. When necessary, escrow service can be provided on behalf of the client/client group parties.
3) No transaction that is contrary to and incompatible with the rules and regulations of international law can be accepted, and the meeting and agreement are canceled in case of insistence.
4) No transaction is initiated without payment.
5) Agreements cannot be disclosed to third parties without special provisions and mutual agreement of the parties. Otherwise, compensation of 25% of the contract price will be paid.
6) Delay, power of attorney cancellation, termination and cost-payment reclaim conditions of the contracts are included as external clauses in the contracts.
